Warm handcrafted bamboo tools will stretch, knead and relax your muscles in this centuries old treatment.  Bamboo has been used to harmonize and balance mind, spirit and body for ages.  Results are often more intense than traditional deep tissue work.

Head to Toe Custom Massage    
Our therapist adapts this massage to your specific needs and their individual areas of expertise.  A custom massage may contain Swedish, Deep Tissue and Reflexology techniques, cranial sacral and hot stones to accomplish the complete experience.  Please communicate at the time of booking which modalities that you would like to be used in your Sanctuary.

Rockin' Teen Massage
Experienced therapists will relieve teenage stresses with light to moderate pressure techniques, including hot stones to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and bring a sense of well-being to the teen.  The massage is exclusively on the back of the body.

Mother-To-Be Therapy    
Designed to relieve the stress on your weight-bearing joints, this therapy reduces lower back tensions and helps to reduce fluid retention.  Specially designed pre-natal cushions allows optimum positioning and comfort.

Paraffin Back Therapy     
Application of wonderfully warm paraffin acts as a deep heating therapy to loosen tight muscles. A variety of techniques are applied to the back, neck and shoulder areas, releasing tension where it is needed the most.
