Zip Lining at Long Hollow Canopy Tours

Have you ever wanted to soar through the treetops like a bird? Well now you can thanks to Long Hollow Canopy Tours! This 2.5-hour excursion takes you through Tapley Woods, near The Galena Territory and Eagle Ridge.

  • Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa is pleased to announce that our guests receive a special discounted rates for the Zip Line Canopy Tour and Obstacle Course.

Pickleball

Pickleball is fun, social and friendly! The rules are simple, and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game. The courts are reserved for Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa guests only.

The courts are located adjacent to the Inn and we have paddles and balls for Eagle Ridge Resort guests to use complimentary.

Boating & Fishing

Located on the banks of Lake Galena, boating and fishing are cherished activities at Eagle Ridge. Our boat dock is located directly behind the Inn. Resort guests can take a leisurely cruise on one of the resort's pontoon boats, pedal boats, kayaks or canoes. The lake is stocked with largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, walleye, bluegill, crappie, catfish and tiger muskellunge (muskie).

Boat Dock Pricing Sheet

FootGolf

FootGolf is a combination of soccer and golf; played with a regulation #5 soccer ball at a golf course facility, with 21-inch diameter cups. At Eagle Ridge, it's played on the East Course, with 18 holes from abbreviated tees, as FootGolf does not play to normal putting greens. FootGolf holes also have shorter looking flags adjacent to fairways.

  • We recommend using turf soccer shoes (indoor) when playing.
  • FootGolf tee times can be booked directly with the East Course Pro Shop at 815-776-5200

Hiking & Biking

Surrounded by over 20 miles of wilderness and paved hiking trails, Eagle Ridge is an outdoor bike lovers paradise. Bring your own two wheels and enjoy the designated biking trails as well. Maps are available at the front desk or pool area.
